Refund policy
Return Policy
Returns can be made only if there is a manufacturing fault or defect. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at orders@nayamsleep.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Mattresses
Delivered in a sealed hygiene bag, mattresses cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Faulty mattresses may be covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty starting from the order date.
Since a mattress is a personal choice, we cannot promise that it will be ideal for you. We do advise you to make sure you order the right mattress as for hygienic reasons any mattress delivered, we do not take back on the mere fact that it’s not suitable.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at orders@nayamsleep.com with images of any defects. Defective or incorrect items will be addressed promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
All items are bespokely made to measure and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason, including personal preference.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return for any manufacturing fault or defect, we will notify you about the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, processing times may vary by bank.
Beds Policy
Beds are made-to-order and cannot be returned, unless under manager's discretion which may incur an AED 550 handling fee.
