Returns can be made only if there is a manufacturing fault or defect. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at orders@nayamsleep.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, processing times may vary by bank.
