• Fabric: The fabric used in making of bed is Plush. For example, if you choose Black Plush then the colour will be black, and the fabric will be Plush, just like the swatch.
• Material: Solid hardwood ensures that it is built to last, and it’s coupled with stunning chrome feet on the base.
• Mattress: Sleep like a baby by choosing one of our handpicked mattresses, or you can buy the bed on its own.
• Headboard: It comes free with a matching 53-inch stylish headboard. You can also upgrade it up to 72-inch floor standing headboard.
• Storage: We customize your bed to store your excess items away safely and discretely with the optional end lift storage bed.
• Top to Bottom Height: 53-inches
• Manufacturing: Each Kai Bedframe is handmade specifically for you by highly skilled local tradesmen.
• Safety: This Kai Bedframe is fully compliant with UAE fire regulations.

Returns can be made only if there is a manufacturing fault or defect. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@nayamsleep.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, processing times may vary by bank.
