Q: “Will my mattress be suitable for a Nayam Sleep bed?”
All of our items are based on standard UAE sizing. If your mattress is also UAE sizing, it will be suitable. We recommend comparing the dimensions of your mattress to ours to be sure that it will be suitable.
We have also included the space between flat base in the "Dimensions* drop down on our product pages.
Please see below weight limit for our Ottoman Beds:
When lifted in the upright position: Double (45kg), King (50kg), Super King (50kg). When lowered, our beds can take 300kg total weight.
Q: “How do I know what size to buy?”
All our items are based on UAE standard sizing. All measurements can be found under the "Dimensions" drop down on the relevant product page.
Please make sure that you check the box dimensions thoroughly. If our delivery partner are unable to deliver the item as it won't fit into the property, a AED 200 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Q: “Do you provide fabric swatches?”
Currently, we do not offer fabric swatches.
However, we are actively working on improving our swatch process to better serve our customers in the future. In the meantime, we aim to provide detailed product descriptions on our website to help you make an informed decision.

Q: “Where can I find discount codes?”
If we have a discount code available, we will always display this on a banner on our website. Please enter this code at the checkout for the discount to be applied to your order. Offers exclude Clearance items, unless otherwise stated.
We’ll also let you in on a secret – we send subscribers exclusive discount codes which are not available anywhere else. We recommend signing up to receive our best offers and sneak peaks at new collections.
Q: “Why isn't my discount code working?”
If your discount code is not working, it may have expired or isn’t applicable to the items you are purchasing. Please check the expiry date of the code you are using and note any categories or specific items that are excluded from the promotion you are attempting to use.
If you are trying to use multiple discount codes, only the first used will apply discount as only one code can be applied per order.
Q: “Do you offer Gift Cards?”
Unfortunately, at the moment, we currently do not sell gift cards.
Q: “What payment methods do you accept?”
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We also offer interest free pay in 4 with Tabby or Tamara.
